Dear clients,
Due to an increase in clients, from 12th September, 2016 servicing of demo.ecn.mt5 accounts will switch to a new server: Alpari-MT5-Demo.
To log into your demo.ecn.mt5 account, enter the MetaTrader 5 platform, click File and select Login to Trade Account. Indicate the login and password for your demo account and enter one of the following IP addresses in the Server field:
After entering all of the data, click Login.
This procedure is only necessary for first-time activation. Following this, connecting to the new Alpari-MT5-Demo server will be accessible from the server list.
You can also add a new server by reinstalling the platform. When reinstalling MetaTrader 5, the new server will be loaded automatically and you will be able to select it to connect.
Attention! This change only affects demo accounts. Live ecn.mt5 accounts will continue to work on the Alpari-MT5 server.
