Amendments to Alpari Regulatory Documents

Dear Clients,

On October 31, 2011, the following amendments to Alpari’s Regulatory Documents will take effect:

Client Agreement: clause 1.2 is being added: “Contract Specification” is being added to the list of documents that clients are asked to familiarize themselves with.

Non-Trading Regulations:

  • Clause 1.8 is being amended: Amendments to the NTO Regulations may now take effect three days after clients have been notified of the impending changes.
  • Clause 6.20 is being added: The client consents to the company having the right to collect arrears on the client’s trading account arising as a result of non-trading operations out of funds held on transitory accounts or other trading accounts.

Terms of Business for  ECN.MT4 and NDD.MT4: clause 2.31 is being amended: The amount of time pending orders which were deleted either by the Client or the dealer will be stored in the account history is being reduced to one week.

Terms of Business for MT4:

  • Clause 2.24 is being amended: The amount of time pending orders which were deleted either by the Client or the dealer will be stored in the account history is being reduced to one week. 
  • Clauses 5.28-5.33 are being consolidated into two clauses, 5.28 & 5.29, and further amended.
  • Clauses 5.30-5.33 are being deleted.
