Currency Code

ISO currency codes are an international standard which signify different currencies of the world as three letters. Typically, the first two letters of the code signify the name of the state in question and the third relates to the name of the state’s currency. For example the code for the currency of the US (USD) is formed using US as the first two letters and D (for dollar) as the third.
