FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Performance statistics highlight the data or metrics related to the efficiency, speed and costs of trading the broker has historically delivered to clients.

This is the speed at which your trade is executed following your order.

Slippage means that your order is filled at a price that is different from the one you requested. Most of our clients receive improved pricing through positive slippage. It's usually even better than your initial request.

This means we aren't able to complete a trade based on the price you entered. However, we're happy to say our requote stats are extremely low - and we're looking to go even lower!
